CANCELLATION POLICY: If a client cancels within 48 hours a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. LATE POLICY: If a client runs late, I allow up to 15 minutes past the start time of the appointment for the client to show up. After 15 minutes, the client is considered a no-show and will be charged a 50% no-show fee. Please call or text if you are going to be late. NO SHOW POLICY: If a client fails to show up to their appointment and does not respond within 24 hours from their scheduled appointment time, they will be taken off my books indefinitely. CARD POLICY: A card must be on file for all clients. REFUNDS POLICY: No refunds will be given but minor adjustments can be made if brought to the attention of Kenzie/Wild Cactus Salon within 5 days from the service within reason. I understand life & emergencies happen & I will do my best to work with you, but please understand this is my passion & how I make my living.  Thank you!
